Overnight Oatmeal

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup oats (steel cut is the best)
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (sweetened vanilla)
  • 2 tbs brown sugar (optional)
  • Cinnamon (optional)
  • Flax seed & chia seeds (optional)
  • Additional mix-ins (optional): fruit, nuts, peanut butter, protein powder
Preparation
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl then fill a mason jar
  • Store in the refrigerator overnight
  • Enjoy in the morning!
  • Tip: make multiple mason jars with different flavors to enjoy all week

  • Crush up 2 banana, mix in 1 egg plus a dollop of apple butter and cinnamon
  • Cook up in a frying pan, like pancakes
  • Tip: good hot and cold!
