Overnight Oatmeal
Ingredients

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats (steel cut is the best)
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk (sweetened vanilla)
- 2 tbs brown sugar (optional)
- Cinnamon (optional)
- Flax seed & chia seeds (optional)
- Additional mix-ins (optional): fruit, nuts, peanut butter, protein powder
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl then fill a mason jar
- Store in the refrigerator overnight
- Enjoy in the morning!
- Tip: make multiple mason jars with different flavors to enjoy all week

- Crush up 2 banana, mix in 1 egg plus a dollop of apple butter and cinnamon
- Cook up in a frying pan, like pancakes
- Tip: good hot and cold!
